Dr Tan Sok Chuen is an orthopaedic surgery specialist with subspecialty training in hip and knee surgery. Prior to private practice, she was a Consultant in Orthopaedic Surgery at Ng Teng Fong General Hospital. She is currently practising at Mount Elizabeth Novena Hospital and is also a Visiting Consultant at Thomson Medical Centre.
 
She believes that all women should be able to age gracefully and have quality of life even in old age. Thus, her interest in minimally-invasive joint replacement surgery and osteoporosis treatment.

Dr Tan is also an avid fitness enthusiast and enjoys practising various forms of martial arts as well as running to maintain her fitness. She believes a healthy body and a healthy mind go a long way.
